The Villas apartments are the home you’ve been looking for. Each spacious apartment features an attached garage, vaulted ceilings, rich maple cabinetry, large closets, and all major appliances—including dishwasher, garbage disposal, and your very own washer and dryer. All apartments are ground floor—no annoying stairs to climb and no one living above you. Outside, we have several stocked lakes for fishing, and a large gazebo for enjoying the scenery.

We are located just off Green River Road on Evansville’s north side, just a short drive to anything you would need—shopping malls, restaurants, banks, movies, salons, and grocery stores.

At The Villas, we go out of our way to take care of you. Our friendly maintenance staff can assist you by hanging pictures, curtain rods, or blinds. They will also make any needed repairs to your apartment, and can even assist in changing light bulbs.
